Cancellation Policy
To cancel of reschedule, please contact us within 3 hours of the confirmed time. Please note that our cancellation policy requires you to cancel or reschedule your booking at least three hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, you will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
